Croydon Community School Council invites quotations for the supply and installation of one prefabricated modular pod for individual and small-group interventions and private meetings with visiting health and wellbeing services.

Key requirements:

• Compact, open-plan room, approximately 15–20 m². Comparable sizes and alternative layouts are welcome.

• Durable, insulated construction with good acoustic performance and natural light.

• Glazed doors and windows, acoustic finishes and carpet or equivalent flooring.

• Reverse-cycle air conditioning, LED lighting, power and data outlets.

• Clearly identified installation scope, inclusions and exclusions.

Suppliers may submit their standard proposal, product drawings, pricing, indicative delivery programme and warranty details. Selection will consider overall value, educational suitability, school-sector experience, installation disruption, durability, flexibility and ongoing support.
